Repairing a torn hymen after a period of sexual activity

The hymen isn't even a reliable indicator of virgin status so women are putting themselves through needless surgery and pain over a concept that is all in people's heads. Repairing a torn hymen after a period of sexual activity will NOT change the fact that intercourse occurred. It will not make a better person out of someone. It will not make anybody magically special because virgins are not magically special to begin with.
